Cooking in the Danger Zone - Series 2 - Arctic

Food writer Stefan Gates takes a culinary tour around some of the world's harshest places. He heads north to spend time with the Inuit living on some of the most unforgiving terrain in the world. They take Stefan on a seal hunt, but will he actually be prepared to kill and eat a baby seal? There is also the local delicacy of 18-month-old rotten walrus to be tried. But their journey takes a dangerous turn when sailing through icy waters, as the icebergs close in.
