Exploits of a giant dog, his friends Cleo and T-Bone and his owner, eight-year-old Emily Elizabeth. The Howards plan a party and invite everyone. Mr Bleakman refuses to interrupt his Saturday afternoon routine to attend, so the others try to change his mind.
