Orkney 2010: Jamie broadcasts live from Kirkwall where he meets the musicians of St. Magnus Festival, including pianist Ewa Kupiec, The Royal String Quartet and Will Conway. Jamie also samples Polish delicacy Ptasie Mleczko and explores Orkney's ancient history with Caroline Wickham-Jones. Music by Chopin, Paderewski and Monteverdi as well as Strauss waltzes and The Firebird.
