Including great vocal performances from Mel Torme with Billy May, Al Bowlly with Lew Stone, Nat 'King' Cole with the Count Basie Orchestra, James Brown with Louie Bellson & the Boswell Sisters with the Dorsey Brothers Orchestra. Plus Woody Herman plays the blues, Ted Heath Goes Latin and the Brian Setzer Orchestra 'takes the 5th'.
