Clare in the Community - Series 5 - Girls on Film

Sally Phillips plays Clare Barker the social worker with all the politically correct jargon but none of the practical solutions. Clare in the Community is about a social worker who has entered a caring profession so that she can sort out other peoples' problems rather than deal with her own. The last series saw the personal and professional lives of Clare's team at the Sparrowhawk Family Centre shaken around and shuffled about, but it is in the nature of hell to be unchanging, and all are present and correct for a further round of frustration, despair, disappointment, team meetings and eleven o'clock cakes.
