Olympic cycling gold medallist Chris Hoy travels to La Paz to make his mark on sprint cycling, having been denied the opportunity to defend his Olympic title. At a velodrome in Bolivia, 12,000 ft up in the Andes, is the possibility of breaking the all time record of 58.875 seconds and attempting the 500 metre record of 25.85 seconds.
