Chef and restaurateur John Torode and food writer and ingredients expert Gregg Wallace search for the country's top celebrity chef. In the first heat Andi Peters, Joe McGann and Clare Grogan cook for the judges and paying customers at Bertorelli, and in the second Ninia Benjamin, Steven Pinder and Hywel Simons cook at Kenza. Only two of the contestants will get through to the quarter final.
