Castle in the Country - Series 3 - Episode 20

For the second part of the series John Craven and Nicki Chapman travel to the magnificent Mount Stuart on the Isle of Bute. Nicki discovers a special book at a house that had a very famous owner. Antiques Roadshow's Paul Atterbury takes John across the sea to get a taste of Bute in its Victorian holiday heyday. Chef James Martin visits a smokehouse on the west coast to pick up some salmon.
