John Craven and Nicki Chapman travel to the magnificent Mount Stuart on the Isle of Bute. John gets his hands on some amazing historical artefacts including Bonnie Prince Charlie's pistols. Nicki takes a trip into the local village to find out how Mount Stuart was built, whilst chef James Martin creates a tasty rhubarb crumble with a Scottish twist.
