Series looking at the value of household junk. Now retired, Peter and Margaret Williams have decided that it's time for a move to warmer climes. But, as they're leaving a house that has been in Margaret's family for over 70 years, there are a lot of heirlooms which need new homes. So the couple call in the team to help them downsize and raise the money for some luxurious patio furniture for their place in the sun.
