Bring it On - Series 2 - Soapbox

Children's series in which Fran Beauman and Ania Dykczak attempt to master new skills. In this programme they have to design and build their own soapbox racer before entering it in a race. However, neither of them can drive and their knowledge of engineering is patchy. The girls take advice on the design of their soapbox racer from last year's winners of the event, a team of design students from Glasgow, and try out their winning machine. There can only be one driver, with the other having to be the mechanic, so to decide the girls are put through a rigorous set of lessons. Fran and Ania then have to build their own soapbox racer before travelling to Northern Ireland to race their machine in a national competition.
