Bob the Builder: Project Build It

Animated adventures with Bob the Builder and all his friends as they construct a new, ecologically friendly town from scratch. Bob is building a seaweed farm for Annie Pickles. Scrambler volunteers to help Annie collect seaweed seedlings. He is sure that he and Annie will have enough seedlings for the farm before the machines have finished their job - it is a race! Scrambler soon learns that he cannot rush on the beach and, just as he feels he has lost the race, he finds something special.
