Bob the Builder: Project Build It - Series 1 - Two Scoops

Animation series following Bob the Builder and his friends as they construct a new, ecologically friendly town from scratch. The team are building Bob's new workshop at the new yard. Scoop is desperate to get stuck in and does everything he can to help. He takes on too much and ends up falling asleep, moaning about how he can't be in two places at once. Robert overhears and calls Bobsville Machine Hire. When Scoop wakes up, he hears a familiar voice. Benny is going to be helping Bob's Dad from now on.
