Bob the Builder: Project Build It

Cartoon adventures of builder Bob and his friends, Travis the tractor, Scoop the bulldozer, Lofty the crane and Dizzy the cement mixer. Spud thinks that Farmer Pickles and Bob are building a new super-sized scarecrow out of straw to replace him, but he's got the wrong end of the stick.
