Having recorded seven albums with Irish folk band The Johnsons, Paul joined Planxty in 1974, and performed as a duo with Andy Irvine. Since 1978 he has forged a successful solo career, which in recent years, has seen him collaborate with artists including Ronan Keating and Carole King. His new album features ten new songs, one existing song never before recorded and a Lennon/McCartney cover.
