Big Band Special

Clare Teal presents the first part of The Messiah: A Soulful Celebration performed in a special concert to mark the reopening of Birmingham's historic Town Hall. Joining the BBC Big Band are the Reggae Philharmonic strings, Black Voices, the Town Hall Gospel Choir, and featured soloists Ruby Turner, Cleveland Watkiss and Soweto Kinch. With musical directors and arrangers Steve Gray and Ken Burton.
