Live action cartoon comedy, in which Rocco and Brooks, the babies with grown-up heads, reluctantly leave the telly to go on unpredictable adventures in the world of the everyday. When Rocco sleeps over, Brooks dreams of a wonderful world in which everyone thinks he's fantastic. Rocco gatecrashes the dream.
