Live-action cartoon-style comedy, in which Rocco and Brooks, the babies with grown-up heads, reluctantly leave the telly to go on unpredictable adventures in the world of the everyday. Sharks, sea and sand - Rocco and Brooks are excited about going to the beach. Budge would like to go too and hitches a ride in the car.
