Jim is harvesting potatoes of all descriptions, Fiona Bird cooks them and Carole and Lesley have a feast tasting them. Cookery guru, Fiona also demonstrates some quick and easy recipes to use up all the different garlic and coriander that Carole has grown in her trials. Liz Rowdon and Mark MacSherry in Jordanhill are a couple keen to learn about planting and how to develop their garden but like most of us, are unsure where to start. Lesley helps show them how different plants work together and helps them to create a lovely outlook from their dining room.
