Three Bright Sparks take on three American business Big Shots to battle it out for the 'Beat the Boss' trophy. Their challenge is to create a brand new product for the US children's market. The task is set to get taste buds in a frenzy as the teams think-up a new spin on one of America's most popular desserts - cheesecake. The Big Shots are some of the best business brains on the block but the Bright Sparks have inside knowledge of the children's market.
