Susanna Malkki conducts the Philharmonia Orchestra in works including Debussy's Prelude a l'apres-midi d'un faune and the UK premiere of Peter Eotvos' violin concerto Seven. Featuring soloist Akiko Suwanai, the latter piece was written to commemorate the seven astronauts who lost their lives in the Columbia space shuttle disaster in 2003.
