Reevel Alderson talks to survivors and relatives of the victims of a gas explosion at the Stockline plastics factory in Glasgow in May 2004. Today two companies have been fined a total of 400 thousand pounds, after admitting responsibility for Scotland's worst industrial accident for nearly 40 years. Alderson meets firefighters, investigators and the chief prosecutor to find out what went wrong and what lessons can be learned from the tragedy in which nine people died and dozens were injured.
