Tom's joined by former Head of New Media at Sony Music, Neil Cartwright, who has worked with artistes and managers to create some of the most innovative and effective artiste websites in the world. In the process, he's bagged himself a New Media Age Effectiveness Awards, three Creative Art and Design Awards (CADS) and two Online Music Awards (OMA).
