Adventures with the metal-winged, pint-sized crimebuster and his partner Karate. Judy Jitsu steals jewels guarded by the chief in a hotel lobby. Batfink and Karate arrive at her hide-out and struggle to cope with all her moves. Magneto the Magnificent is on the loose with his magnetic glove.
