Ban the Boss

Dr Paul Thomas is on a mission - to ban bosses from businesses across the UK. The Glamorgan University guru believes Blaenau Gwent's binmen don't need bosses, and he has been called in by the council's chief executive to prove it. His radical idea has been tried in small businesses before but never on this scale. In his toughest challenge yet, Paul soon finds out that the refuse and recycling boys are going to take a lot of convincing.
