Live action series for pre-school children based around the small island community of Balamory in Scotland. It is PC Plum's birthday, but responding to an emergency means he misses the ferry to the new Italian restaurant on the mainland. Edie, Miss Hoolie and Suzie come up with a unique way of celebrating with him.
