Arthur - Series 13 - Room to Ride

Animation following the adventures of a young aardvark and his friends. Wanting more freedom to ride, Binky Barnes and his friends take to the streets in an effort to convince Elwood City to vote for new bike lanes. When all seems lost, he gets a helping hand from Lance Armstrong, who is in town for a local race.
