Children's animation double bill. More fun in the candy-coloured world of Andy Pandy and his friends Looby Loo and Teddy. In Beetlemania, Teddy is scared by a beetle, but Andy Pandy helps him get over his fear by making beetle masks with him. In Noisy Ball, Teddy forgets his hunger when Andy finds an unusual ball to play with.
