Philip Jackson reads a story by best-selling author Alan Sillitoe. A young boy's obsession with fire engines develops into an addiction to lighting small fires. However, a few short-lived flames and a cloud of smoke in the street doesn't seem enough. He goes to the local wood for his most ambitious pyrotechnic project to date.
