Nigel Slater hosts a chat show which explores the lives and loves of celebrities through their personal experiences of food. Comedian Lenny Henry is taken on a trip down memory lane as his younger brother and sister cook up ‘Saturday Soup' and Nigel attempts to re-create wife Dawn French’s perfect fry up. Lenny reveals that it was whilst he was distracted by beautiful food in a swanky restaurant that he looked up from his meal to find he had, unbeknownst to him, been signed up to ‘The Black and White Minstrel Show.’ Over a medley of food from pig’s trotters and tongue to Mars bar fondu, Lenny talks candidly about how he met Dawn, plus legendary footballer Ian Wright challenges Lenny to whip up traditional salt fish and ackee.
