Thin Lizzy recorded live at the Regal Theatre Hitchin on 26 January 83 feature on Live At Two presented by Chris HawkinsWith the news that Thin Lizzy, were about to play their final tour came as a surprise and shock to their many fans. The break-up was particularly sad because it not only sees the end of one of the finest rock bands, but also comes at a time when, Thin Lizzy were regarded as being at their best. This performance took place at the Regal theatre, Hitchin, just north of London. It was the first 'gig' of Lizzy's farewell tour and the show includes some old favourites and a selection from their album, Thunder and Lightning.
