Nicky Campbell and Shelagh Fogarty speak to Oxfam about their opposition to the Haitian government's plan to relocate hundreds of thousands of people from the capital, Port au Prince, to large camps outside the city. Yvette Cooper discusses the government's Young Person's Guarantee which is rolled out today. It says anyone between 18 and 24 who has been unemployed for at least six months will be guaranteed an offer of a job, training or work experience.
