Shelagh Fogarty asks, is it time to get rid of urban foxes? Two babies are in a serious but stable condition after being mauled by a fox in their cot in London. Urban fox levels are on the rise at the moment - there's around 33,000 of them living in cities - a little under a third of them in the capital - that's around 30 for every square mile in London.
