The Football Association is planning to recruit 8,000 new referees in the next three years. As part of this recruitment drive it is actively trying to attract more women to the job. Midwife Juliet Albert will be advertising operations that reverse female genital mutilation on a Somali satellite TV station popular with the Somali community in Britain.
