Tots TV - Upside Down

Series for pre-school children featuring live action, puppetry and animation with Tilly, Tom and Tiny. When Tiny and Tom turn their book upside down, Tiny has an idea for a new game. They turn everything in the house upside down, but when Tilly comes along she wants it all put up the right way. After putting everything back to normal, they see that they can still make everything look upside down by looking between their legs.
