Tots TV - Blowing Up Tiny

Series for pre-school children featuring live action, puppetry and animation with Tilly, Tom and Tiny. Jack the gardener brings some balloons and bellows into the garden. In helping Jack, the Tots inflate Tiny's cardigan by mistake, and watch children have fun with balloons.
