Tots TV - Big Balloon

Series for pre-school children featuring live action, puppetry and animation with Tilly, Tom and Tiny. Tom and Tiny get a nice surprise when Tilly posts three balloons through their letterbox. They have fun inflating the big blue and red balloons, but leave a small, shrivelled green one for Tilly. Tilly has the last laugh when her balloon turns out to be the largest.
