The Stringer

Drama about an ambitious teenager in Moscow who films events with his video camera, hoping to sell the footage to a local news agency. Although they aren't interested, he falls in love with a woman who works there, and she encourages him. He then falls in with a dubious politician, who seizes the chance for publicity.
