The UK's media regulator Ofcom has referred the market for pay-TV films to the Competition Commission, over concerns that Sky is too dominant in the market. Media commentator Dan Sabbagh looks at the implications for Sky and the consumer. Noel Edmonds's Deal or No Deal has just been banned in Afghanistan. Saad Mohseni, of broadcaster Tolo TV, tells Edward Stourton what he thinks this means for the media in the country. There has been a lot of coverage since Sunday of a story about 11 year old girls taking oral contraceptives. Dr Petra Boynton of UCL, who describes herself as a sex educator and agony aunt, responds to the coverage with a call for journalists to look at the data behind the story before speculating.
