06:35 - Chris went training yesterday and had to admit his calorie intake to his trainer over the past few days. It's not been a good week on the beer front. We're out again tomorrow with Carrie but maybe we'll do a sympathetic sobriety afternoon, as Carrie obviously can't drink. Dom starts talking about a film that he saw yesterday that he's not allowed to talk about. Later today he's interviewing Leonardo DiCaprio 07:05 - Matt Fincham makes Aled scream by flicking his ears. We then hear Cheggers new song which sounds like the workings of a madman. We listen to Scott's Brits competition from yesterday which is very very tense 07:20 - Carrie gold. It's the time we embarrassed her in Germany by telling Chris Waddle that she had a crush on him when she was like 9 or something 07:35 - Many many people thinking that we had the real Chris Waddle on the phone and not just Dominic putting on a silly voice next door. We then give out the qualifying question for the Brits competition which we'll be playing later on 07:45 - We reveal that the new team member to replace Carrie will be Tina Daheley. We have a little natter and ask her a few questions 08:15 - Brits competition. It doesn't go today which means Scott will play again from 4pm 08:35 - We play the Dom No Hair parody which is very well received once again 08:50 - Tina back in again and this time she tells us about her love of the Cereal Box game 09:00 - Tedious Link: Third Eye Blind - 'Semi Charmed Life' 09:05 - More about The Cereal Box game and we have a demo of how it works 09:20 - We wonder how many tears there will be on Carrie's last show on Friday. Dave says there will be even more than when we saw that sad Will Smith film. Chris suggests a million films, but none of them are the one Dave means 09:35 - We help Dominic with his interview questions for Leonardo DiCaprio later 09:45 - Carpark Catchphrase with Rhys and Shelley 10:00 - We talk to Fearne about her coverage of this year's Brit Awards
