Comedy drama following the exploits of hapless journalist Digby Digworth and his faithful canine companion, Hacker. Digby wants to report on the spate of burglaries around Pilbury. But Max has had enough of Hacker's practical jokes so sends them down to pet therapist Darren Hound. A scoop seems off the cards until Digby works out that Darren is hypnotising pets to steal from their owners!
