Documentary on the building of a new boutique hotel in London. As Mark Fuller reaches the middle of March 2009, work on the hotel nears completion. He desperately needs the hotel to open and start making money. Hours before a vital building inspection, disaster strikes as a pipe bursts, flooding the entire reception.
