Day five of the 2008 Olympics, presented by Hazel Irvine, with live coverage of the men's cycling time trial, through the streets of Beijing. The men's four of Andy Triggs-Hodge, Tom James, Peter Reed and Steve Williams tackle the next stage in their quest to retain the Olympic rowing title won in Sydney and Athens. Also featuring a second run of the men's C2 in the canoe slalom, and races in the 470, 49er, Laser, Finn and Yngling classes in the sailing, and news of Britain's Fiona Pennie in action in the Women's K1 slalom canoeing and Winston Gordon in the men's -90kg judo.
