Marc welcomes Ex Pipette Rose Elinor Dougall into the studio for a live session. She describes herself as a psychedelic-folk chanteuse par excellence and we certainly don't disagree. She's had two singles out since her departure from the Pipettes in 2008, her debut 7" was titled Another Version Of Pop Song, and the second single was titled Start/Stop/Synchro, which Marc played to death.Comparisons to Rose Elinor Dougall have been drawn with the music of Broadcast, Sandy Denny and Smiths era Morrissey. She's certainly not held back on the use of an assortment of instruments, her songs include in various amounts, instruments including dulcimers, harps, drum machines, strings and horns. The album, Without Why is due in 2010.
