Let's Celebrate - Wesak

Party-enthusiast Thomas Ticker introduces young children who are preparing to celebrate religious and cultural festivals in the UK. Shelin from Glasgow is preparing for the Buddhist festival of Wesak. She makes a special card as a surprise for her Mum and helps make a lantern and food for the celebration. Children help make an awesome sand sculpture of an elephant which is made to help tell a traditional Buddhist story. Thomas Ticker is in a fluster because he's lost his alarm clock, but he wakes up in time for the Let's Celebrate Street Party Song!
