Jez Nelson presents a set recorded at LSO St Luke's as part of the 2008 London Jazz Festival by a group considered by some to be one of the most exciting in European Jazz. Revisiting the much-lauded 2006 African Flashbacks album, Italian drummer Aldo Romano teams up with long-time Parisian associates, bassist Henri Texier and reedsman Louis Sclavis in an homage to the diverse atmosphere of the African continent, widely proclaimed one of the festival highlights.
