House-swapping is the latest trend to hit the property world. With around ten thousand properties registered with swap websites, it's a brilliant way to avoid the dreaded property chain and make that move onwards. Presenter Kristian Digby meets people who want to swap their home permanently, then shows them three properties to find their perfect match. This time he sets out to find the perfect house-swap for widower Ken Eason and his partner Maggie Searle, who want to swap Ken's clifftop house in East Sussex for a new property and a new beginning. After moving to the New Forest a year ago, Sacha and Claire Vincent are missing their friends and family and want to return to their roots in East Sussex. Having swapped homes and lifestyles for a day, it's up to House Swap property negotiator Sunita Shroff to thrash out a deal. After a day of negotiations will they decide to swap homes for good?
