Presenter Kristian Digby meets people who want to swap their home permanently, then shows them three properties to find their perfect match. New Yorker Ben Fuchs wants to swap his stunning sea-view apartment in Hove for a new home and dynamic lifestyle in London. Phil and Annie Graham want to swap their four-bedroom terraced house in Wimbledon for a rental investment in order to release equity for their dream move to America. Having swapped homes and lifestyles for a day, it's up to House Swap property negotiator Sunita Shroff to thrash out a deal.
