House Swap - Episode 20

House-swapping is the latest trend to hit the property world. With around ten thousand properties registered with swap websites, it's a brilliant way to avoid the dreaded property chain and make that move onwards. Presenter Kristian Digby meets people who want to swap their home permanently, then shows them three properties to find their perfect match. In this episode, Kristian meets Peter and Caitlin Barnes from Derbyshire, who want to move to a larger property, and Tony and Sue Morris from Grantham, who want to downsize. After the couples have spent a day road testing each other's properties and lifestyles, it's up to House Swap property negotiator Sunita Shroff to thrash out a deal before we find out if they've decided to swap homes for good.
