House-swapping is the latest trend to hit the property world. With around ten thousand properties registered with swap websites, it's a brilliant way to avoid the dreaded property chain and make that move onwards. Presenter Kristian Digby meets people who want to swap their home permanently, then shows them three properties to find their perfect match. Kristian meets property enthusiast Martin Stone who wants to swap his purpose built flat in Isleworth, west of London, for a flat he his partner can use for weekend getaways, and also rent out. Natalie Rowlands wants to swap her luxury riverside apartment in Maidstone, Kent, for a property within striking distance of London. After they have swapped homes and lifestyles for a day, it is up to House Swap property negotiator Sunita Shroff to thrash out a deal. After hours of tricky negotiations, will the couples decide to swap homes for good?
